The reason we chose Kiddie Academy Longwood Lake Mary over other child care places for our 16 month old was because of the welcoming, friendly, caring environment we witnessed on our tour. Ms Olivia greeted us with a smile and took time to show us around, explain the curriculum and answer questions we had. We are very happy with Miss Maria, Miss Ligmary and Miss Lilly. Their attentiveness, dedication and love for their students shows daily. Our boy loves coming to school, and we are happy to see the growth he’s made with verbal and fine motor skills within the first month there. We love the hands-on & sensory learning that happens, the teaching of sign-language & Spanish, and the positive reinforcement and praise to help our boy become more independent. He grows more confident each day!
Kiddie Academy, has an amazing staff who genuinely care about the children. My favorite staff members are Noel, Maria, Marie, Alyssa, Olivia, and Karina!
Extremely helpful! Understanding of kids needs. They have so much patience. They keep the children motivated and happy while learning. The staff is truly amazing!
Camera access helps set this daycare apart from any other institution in the area. Meal offering is a wonderful stress free positive. As well as patient staff. Having the cameras makes it very visible of just how difficult of a job childcare can be. It has given me a whole new appreciation for these workers and all they endure. Spending the day with a room filled with small children would sound easy to most. And clearly it is not. Nor is the job suitable for any and all. It takes some really unique, patient and talented people to poses the correct skills to work so close with small children. And Kiddie Academy Longwood is lucky to have some of this talent within their facility.
I like that my son is excited to tell me all the things that they did that day. I can see what the classes are working on in hallways. Very engaging environment
Miss Katie the director is always available and very hands on. All the students run to give her a hug. The teachers are amazing and you can tell they care a lot about the kids. This is a play based learning which means it is not super structure if that is what you are looking for. However, kids have the rest of their lives to be structured let them play now. They are still learning.
