My older grandson RileyR went there years ago and now his younger brother is attending. I love his attitude when we pick him up in the afternoons. He seems to be getting well acclimated with everyone and his environment. Hopefully he learns to eat their healthy menu.
I would definitely recommend KA to anyone!

NPS for evaluation is not a great system: You guys do a great job, but breaking me into promoter/detractor looses a lot of nuance.
I love that I can drop of Lizzie every day and not have to worry that she's doing something constructive or in a place where she might be uncomfortable. The staff are lovely, the classrooms open and the people are great.
I appreciate the informative proactive outreach when something goes wrong.
While the total cost is high, I do find it to be worth it and payments to be easy, especially in getting documentation for my FSA to help make the payments.
I do have a few small criticisms.
Tadpoles does not update with incident reports for me and getting the daily summaries often requires loading the app several times. Fortunately it works for my wife. I'm not sure how that is, since we both have the same phone and the same app.
Morning Tadpoles entry is likewise a pain, as often notes can be discarded.

What’s not to like? The staff at Kiddie Academy all know my child and greet her each morning, even if they aren’t her classroom teachers. They always have a smile on their face and make it a welcoming environment. My child is excited to be dropped off everyday! Even if there are a few tears when I walk away, I know she will be comforted and given extra love. The updates through the Tadpoles app throughout the day adds another level of comfort knowing that she is being cared for and is comfortable in her class. Every picture we get, our daughter is happy, smiling and interacting with her friends. Since starting with KA in October, our daughter has learned so much and I know that has a lot to do with her teachers and environment.

The staff is amazing. My son has had difficulties with his emotions and they have worked with him and me to develop tools to help him. He is doing so much better and I know it’s because of their patience and kindness. I truly feel like that love my son which is the best feeling any mother could want.

I love that my daughter is excited to go to school every day and is comfortable with every staff member. The building has an open design that allows everyone to see into the classrooms at all times. My daughter is quickly learning, thanks to her teachers who take their time and put their all into their students. The staff truly cares not only about the well being of my child but her educational experience and building the foundation of her school career with tools that she will use for the rest of her life.
