The fact that you make it a home away from home for kids of working parents, puts you top in my list. The staff is friendly and eager to help. You made the transition for my kid really easy.
I like that you have collaboration with different businesses to offer more options for kids.
All the different events that you have for the parents and friends/family to get involved in are great!!
Great teacher's, everyone is very attentive to the children. And not only that, my son seems to learn something new everyday. So it's great to know he's at a place where he's getting a lot out of the education and loves his teachers and friend's. And more, very diverse school, great for kids to be around kids of all different race and backgrounds.
My child entered kindergarten ready with the skills she needed to be successful. The pre-k room was fantastic. She will be going into first grade reading above grade level (dra level G which is mid 1st grade). She loves the monthly themes.
My 3 year old know colors and counts to 10 in English and Spanish. She has a repertoire of songs and books. She loves her teacher and all of the hands on activities.
Although my daughter is now in 1st grade, the teachers at Kiddie Academy had curriculums and were not just a day care when she was there most of the day. Now with before and after care, if she needs help doing homework or hasn't finished it before she gets back to Kiddie from elementary school the teachers will assist her and or let her work on it when she gets back.
We have had 2 children enrolled in Kiddie Academy and they are entering kindergarten and 1st grade this fall. Both children felt safe and happy in their classes. It is evident that the program is in place to promote social and academic skills for children entering kindergarten. I personally appreciated the Pre-K end of the year poster evaluation that shows the ability levels in different areas (how far they can count to, scissor skills, letters, etc.).
