We have been attending this daycare for the past three years, and overall, we have had a very positive experience. Over these three years, we have watched our son grow tremendously—mentally, physically, socially, and academically. His vocabulary has improved so much, and he has gained confidence in expressing himself. One of the things we appreciate most is that his teachers have taught him not only academically, but also how to be a kind and respectful person while also knowing how to stand up for himself. Our son has consistently come home happy, which means a lot to us as parents. We truly appreciate the care, patience, and effort the teachers have put into helping him grow and develop. Of course, there have been minor issues along the way, as there can be with any daycare, but what has stood out to us is that concerns were always addressed promptly—whether through a phone call or during pick-up. We appreciated the communication and the willingness to address concerns the same day. Overall, we are very happy with our experience and grateful for the positive impact the daycare and its teachers have had on our son. We have truly seen him grow into a more confident, kind, and well-rounded child, and we appreciate everyone who has been a part of that journey.

Kiddie academy is the best thing that has happened for my son. He has learned so much and has created such a special bond with his teachers, he is constantly asking about them on the weekends. We are so greatful for Kiddie academy.

As both a staff member and a parent of one of the children who attend Kiddie Academy-Pembroke, I would say that there is a lot to like about this center. The staff are all very friendly and make you feel welcomed while maintaining their professionalism. They make sure that you are well informed when it comes to the care of your children. If any questions arise, they are always on top of it and make sure that you leave with all your questions answered. I enjoy the growth my child has shown by attending this center as well as the staff being very patient and sweet to her as she adjusts to being in daycare for the first time. The meals are healthy and they are very accommodating with any allergies as well as substitutions that may be needed. The center is very safe and well maintained when it comes to cleanliness and making sure that the classrooms are equipped with everything needed. Myself and my child enjoy all the activities as well as the peers we are surrounded with every day here at Kiddie Academy-Pembroke. I would recommend this center to anyone who is needing childcare services as well as anyone looking for employment with a passion of caring while teaching young minds. The owner as well as everyone here are all a joy to be around and are very understanding when it comes to employees, peers and our little ones. 10/10 all around!!

I like the security of the school , the majority of teachers seen sociable and interesed in the children . i like the summer activities and my daughter says she likes school. One thing that could be better is the consideration on charging the snow days and minimizing the half days . specially when they are toddlers or small children , It would be nice to see a change on how the administration handles that.
