The staff is like a family their patient kind respectful and understanding when there is a roadblock they are willing to stand by you and try to help in anyway they can the directors are amazing at phoenixville knowing that everybody situation is different they still try their best to understand and help out where they can I also love how patient they are with the children they love my children like their own and know that every child is different

I think it starts at the top. The leaders here set the tone and it’s one of safety first, followed by care and attention. Our two boys absolutely love all of their teachers. I also love the kids and their parents. I think we all do a good job in supporting one another with respect and kindness at drop off/pick up. The rooms are super clean and you know because you always see someone mopping the floors and cleaning up. Everyone chips in to help. I love the communication when things come up. And I love how I’ve seen the experienced teachers work with the kids to resolve disputes. Really great stuff here.

We have been to several daycare centers in the area before landing on Kiddie Academy. Almost 3 years later we’re still there and love it! The teachers truly love the children and included meals is an essential with our busy lives. I feel confident my children are well cared for and are in a great learning environment.
