The safe, clean, fun, loving and enriching environment you provide my child.
Improvement suggestions: Too many apps. Streamline to 1-2. (Procare, Kaymbu). Would be nice to make payments through the app as well (convenience).
A general passcode for the front door to get in first and then check in/check out children.

It’s definitely been a roller coaster over the years with all the staff changes but overall we have been happy lately with how things are going. The main thing is the consistency. The fact that we’ve had the same director and most of the staff has been great. I know my son really misses Ms Aisha and can’t wait for her to come back. We also love Ms Zunara too. I love how the daycare has all these fun activities and events and themes and it’s so much fun seeing the pictures the teachers take of the kiddos. It feels like Christmas morning when I see the pictures. Love to see how much the kids are learning. If I had any feedback at all, just maybe some more consistent reporting for Anya’s class but that’s really it. Also please please if people can stop parking in the fire lane. 🙃 it’s illegal and also it makes it hard to back out of the row of parking spots when someone is also parking their car there to drop off their kids. Idk why they don’t just use the lane that’s meant for drop off. They are asking to get hit. Haha it’s just a pet peeve really. Anyways we are happy and most importantly the kiddos are happy and we appreciate everyone’s dedication to making it a fun and safe place for our kids to go to school.

I am very happy with how things are going right now. I’m loving that the staff is stable. Please keep them!! We are happy with the teachers and find that the kiddos are thriving. We love Ms Aisha and Ms Zanara and our kids love them too. And we like the Director too. I’m just happy overall to see the same staff and have consistency. Also the teachers do a great job coming up with fun/different activities for the kids to do and my favorite part is seeing all the pics they take at the end of the day to see what they were up to that day. I also like that there seems to be actual events and things the daycare is doing to get the families involved like trunk or treat and the October calendar of stuff.

Having previously enrolled my child in a few other daycares and eventually having to pull him out, I can confidently say that finding Kiddie Academy has been one of the best decisions I’ve made.
From the start, Ms. Zunara, his first teacher at Kiddie Academy, was incredibly welcoming, loving, and attentive. She truly cares for the children in her class, and it shows—my son always has a big smile and a cheerful “bye” ready for her every morning and everyone one he comes in contact within the premises.
The rest of the teaching staff are just as wonderful—warm, nurturing, and genuinely invested in the kids’ well-being.
There was a specific incident involving my child that left me particularly impressed. The administrative team handled it with care and professionalism, taking swift and appropriate measures to ensure the children’s safety. That level of attentiveness reassured me that I made the right choice.
Kiddie Academy has created a safe, loving, and structured environment where my child is thriving.
