I like everything. The landscaping is well maintained and pretty. The snow removal was attended too timely. The team: Lisa, Jim, Glen are always courteous and responsive to requests for maintenance. The facility is decorated beautifully and contemporary. Our carriage home has every amenity I could want. We have met nice neighbors and enjoy grilling and sitting around the fire pit. Location Location Location!!! Pittsford Dairy is way too close!! Yum.

We sold our house and decided to try apartment living but were not sure how it would feel for us. We absolutely love it! There is a neighborly feel without sacrificing your space and privacy. It is surpringly quiet. We thought that would surely be something that would be a challenge especially as we do not have pets but are in such a pet friendly place. We don't hear a thing! We love the high ceilings and all of the windows. It makes the space feel open and large . We have definitely made the right decision for us.
