The residents are friendly but not TOO friendly; if you get my point. The residents are quiet & respectful. This community is SAFE, WELL-KEPT, CLEAN and WELL-MAINTAINED. Your staff is EXCELLENT. I cannot think of anything negative to say about our community AND THAT says A LOT.

The apartment is specious, quiet, welcoming . Residents are very friendly. The staff is courteous and extremely helpful especially Lisa and Glen. We truly feel at home. We highly recommend to our friends. In fact trying to recruit few.

Campus is well laid out, clean and safe. Apartments floor plans are excellent, spacious, ample closet space and storage. Parking space and garages are ample. Apartment supervisor and Maintenance personnel very very helpful and pleasant. Glad we chose to move heređź‘Ť

This is an exceptionally beautiful place to live. Besides the amenities, the folks are polite. It's very quiet here, which is exceptional. If a maintenance issue arises, you file an order request and the very polite, professional and clean Maintenance Man will do what needs to be done. The office staff person is incredibly helpful and friendly. Every convenience has been thought through for the renter's benefit. I'm enjoying my time here very much.

Very quiet atmosphere, except for 490....but it becomes like white noise after a bit. You have a clean environment and very pleasant surroundings. Again, I do appreciate the quiet surroundings. And I appreciate being asked.

I like the location, the design, the amenities, and the absolute convenience of apartment living. I think the grilling area is fabulous, I like the health club, yoga studio, the package room and the common areas and meeting rooms. I also particularly like the on-site staff, they’re friendliness, and the fact that they know everyone. It adds to the feeling of being at home.

Living at Kilbourn on East has been an excellent experience. We loved being here and found everyone friendly but private in a good way. The amenities are great. The gym, grill area, common areas and the campus give the rental a homey atmosphere where you really have plenty of room to explore. The location is excellent to get to places with plenty of shopping and restaurants within a 3mile radius. It is a great dog friendly and walking neighborhood area. The management is very responsive to requests and service calls. We will always look back on our time here fondly and will bring our memories with us. Best Regards, Keith Sanger DDS
