Kim Champe is the best realtor I have ever worked with. She listened to me, encouraged me and treated me like I was her only client. Her knowledge base of real estate do’s and dont’s is massive and intuitive. I really respect her patience, kindness, and generosity.
She found me a new home that I didn’t even realize I would be happy with. Got me a great deal and closed me in short time, despite my being out of state. In my opinion, she is the best!

Kim was a delight to work with! She was always available to answer any questions & had practical suggestions to help us with preparing the house for the sale. We had some issues with the title company correcting our closing documents which Kim resolved with speed and professionalism. It's obvious she has been in this business for a long time.

Kim is so easy and prompt in her communication. She thinks about all the details of your search, negotiations and your move, right up to your move in date. Kim is who anyone would want in their corner during what can be a stressful time. She made and took phone calls late into the evenings to be sure the home I wanted would be mine. Kim was amazing thru the whole process. She made sure the house was presented in best possible light and had a team of experts to help. The selling process was also very seamless as she handled all the people viewing the house and provided me with timely feedback. The closing process, again Kim was great making sure proper paperwork and documentation to protect me from unintentional harm. She was wonderful, I would recommend her to anyone selling/buying home.

Kim is head and shoulders above all the other realtor I have ever used or meet. She is defiantly more knowledgeable then any realter I know. At closing there were so problems because the sellers realter either did not know or tell the seller importin info about the sale till the last minute. The same info Kim told me about 2 weeks before the sale. So at closing Kim looked like a SUPERSTAR. Kim went above and beyond to help me get a great deal. Because this is the first condo / co op I have ever purchase Kim real have to work to explain the many I did not know about condo's / co op's. I will definitely use Kim for all my real-estate needs and well recement Her to all my friends and relatives.
