I have had many salons that are not as friendly. Kim Harper salon is the best salon in Cincinnati’ everyone smiles and makes you feel like they are glad you are there. I have had a few different stylists and they are all very good and really takes the time to listen to what you like and don’t like. My stylist is Sara Jean ! Sara is a color specialist for hair and haircuts! I enjoy my time With her! She is so sweet 😊 Happy Customer Sharon Smith

Every six weeks when I walk in the door- I am kindly met with a smile by the front desk staff. I see water and tea available while I wait along with a sugar treat. I am always greeted with friendly “hello” and a hug from my stylist and friend Valerie as week we walk to her station. Today she asked if I was up for a change- I said “yes” as I always trust her judgment!! Loved the soft color highlights though out my hair. Another relaxing visit and great cut/color!!

From being greeted when I entered, to being offered refreshments my experience began so pleasantly. My wait for my stylist was brief, and her attention to what I wanted was totally fixed on what would be the best and easiest style for me. Val's skill is evident start to finish. She works with assurance and attention to both my comfort and the details that add up to a great cut and style.

This was my first time at Kim Harper. Heather was so amazing. I've not gotten a haircut I actually liked since having long hair. I typically go home and take scissors to it. No changes needed. She listened to what I was looking for and made it happen with confidence and grace. I'll be returning!
