Kim was very professional and thorough in every step of the process! My wife and I will use her again! Kim Truelove has been and will continue to be an exceptional, hardworking, committed-to-her-clients, professional real estate agent. Kim's knowledge of the real estate market led us to the appropriate pricing of our investment property. She then took the time to explain in detail the pros and cons of each offer we received until the "right one" came our way, which resulted in displaying a "Sold" sign in just 30 days! The marketing team at Linda Rea Realty is above and beyond any other Real Estate Company we have ever chosen. The use of a drone to achieve professional pictures produced a beautiful pictorial of our property. The write-up about our property to accompany the pictures was accurate and spot on in describing its features. Kim Truelove also proved to be a master communicator with us as she always would provide feedback to us (the anxious sellers) within an hour on how each showing went. We had many specific requirements pertaining to our listing which she accepted and adhered to during the entire time our property was listed and being shown. Not all realtors are the same.....Kim would often say to us, "I work for you." And work for us is exactly what she did. We have sold and bought many properties over the years. This was the easiest, least-stressed experience we have ever undertaken when selling a property. The reason.....Kim Truelove's work ethics!
