I was very stressed out when it came time to sell mother’s home. I am glad that I chose Kimberly Drescher to be my realtor. She was very thorough in the all steps to sell the home. She was always available to answer all of my questions which minimized the anxiety of selling my mother’s house. Once the house was on the market we had 15 offers in one week. I’m thankful that I decided to go with Kim. Do the same, and you won’t regret it!

What I liked about my experience is that I never ever felt rushed. Ms Kimberly was the kindest patient person ever met. Exactly the person I needed for this huge move I made. It took 5 1/2 months from start to finish…. From signing the contract to signing the closing papers. Ms Kimberly came to my home and she was ready! By that I mean she had a list of anyone I could ever need from painters to electricians to an estate sale person. That in itself was a big help for me. I didn’t have to research…. I just chose from her list. She checked in with me often and gave encouragement. I never felt like I had to “hurry up!” I would definitely recommend Ms Kimberly! I felt very comfortable with her within 5 minutes and thru out the entire 5 1/2 months! Now…. On to my new life in Texas! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for everything!! ❤️
