Our experience with Kim was excellent. She was very responsive and an overall joy to work with. Kim provided us with guidance and advise from the beginning of putting together a timeline through the completion of the sale of our current home and the purchase of our new home. This enabled us to make informed decisions without feeling pressured. Kim negotiated an excellent deal on the sale of our current home that included everything that was important to us. Also the purchase of our new home included some challenges that Kim was very helpful in overcoming. Finally, through the process Kim was able to recommend several vendors that we were very grateful to have.

Kim is patient and kind. I have worked with Kim twice now. I bought my Condo with her, and trust when I say she took me to every Waterford complex that there is before I made a choice. Just recently, 12/23, I worked with her again to sell by Dads house, this was tough for both him and myself. We then bought him a Condo near my Husband and I. She is a pure delight. Great with the elderly.
