Kimberly is a hustler. I have used her now for three transactions and plan on using her again. She uses all sorts of media outlets to get the word out about your listing. She is not one to simply list the property on MLS and wait for a buyer to call. Her communication is excellent and appreciated. She responds quickly to texts, calls and emails. Highly recommend.

No other real estate agent cared enough to keep in contact with me after listing property, accept Kimberly Larkins. She was always there for me, when I had questions, or concerns. Always brought me any paper work that I needed to sign as well, and kept me informed by explaining usually in person, or by telephone. All previous real estate companies, and other agents did not, since listing my property started back in the year 2010. Previous companies and agents, were terrible about staying in touch, and there were several of them. But Kimberly Larkins was very, very, good about everything!!!!! I have no complaints at all, and she played a major roll in getting the property sold on July 15th,2024. Thank you again Kimberly Larkins!
