I was greeted immediately, explained my issue, and the shop attendant undertook the repair as I waited. A second issue appeared related to a purchase I had made that day. I brought the item back the next day and it was addressed quickly. I needed to leave the item to be charged and received a call as soon as it was clear that the item was working satisfactorily. All interactions were efficient and pleasant. I would absolutely return for bike problems in the future.
