Kinetic Cycles, Bruce and team, went above and beyond to locate two bikes that met our specifications. It involved locating one bike across the country and building the second bike after locating the required parts. Greatly appreciate the team working hard to provide these bikes while ensuring the price was very reasonable. The entire team provided great customer service throughout the entire process. Thank you!

The Kinetic staff are top notch mechanics and subject matter experts in all things related to the bike industry. This makes it much easier for their customers to make sound decision on product and maintenance items. I have learned much from simply being in the shop and staff investing the time to cover any subject of interest. This is truly the only shop in Sacramento I trust working on my bikes.
