The kind of shop that is rare these days: Excellent Pro shop with friendly knowledgeable staff, and a great inventory of bikes and parts. They often have just the drivetrain, tire, or suspension parts/supplies I need. I always love stopping in to visit Kinetic!

It started with a quick call to diagnose an issue on my son’s bike. The gentleman was very friendly and knowledgable. We brought the bike in on lunch and they quickly identified a minor issues and we were on our way. The experience was so pleasant and professional, I scheduled service for two other bikes.
