My initial conversations with KC were very informative and respectful of my grief and limited understanding of the Probate process. My contact was quick to respond to my questions and helped me to complete the internal forms.

We have only just started the process but so far everything has run very smoothly. I’ve had the process explained very clearly to me, have had the opportunity to discuss what I can expect, what will happen if any road bumps turn up, and have been given several points of contact should anything urgent pop up. Compared to another probate case I have recently been involved in with a different solicitor firm, this approach has been a breath of fresh air to me.
