They went above and beyond to fix my vehicle after a car accident. It looks brand new and they made sure it was back to its original state prior to the accident. The staff at Kirmac Automall location Mateos,Nicole who i mainly dealt with were awesome, and very personable. I would definitely recommend Kirmac and actually already have to friends and family. 😘

I really appreciated that I was heard, that the shop took my terrible experience very seriously, and everyone I dealt with genuinely wanted to help me. When I came to pick up my repaired car, i felt like a celebrity with the attention I received. Then I saw my car and it looked like it just left the showroom. Both outside and inside. I have had need of body shops over the years, many were very very good. This Kirmac was better.

I am glad I chose Kirmac Collision in Abbotsford. By far the best customer service I have recieved in a while. My new-to-me car was hit after only a few days in my possession and they were very responsive and courteous, got me in for an estimate the same day I called and got the repair done in a timely manner! Every question I had was answered, the repair looks great and I had an overall 5/5 experience with Kirmac. Aanchal is so friendly and knowledgeable and both Nicole's were helpful and kind! I got my car back and she's better than ever! Thanks so much Kirmac!! I appreciate all you've done for me.
