The staff were very kind, and the service appointment was scheduled quickly. The only issue was with the rental car service they work with — they did not keep the scheduled time, and the car was very dirty. However, the staff said they would provide feedback to the rental car office regarding the issue. Other than the rental car experience, everything else was good.

Absolutely professional and friendly team, I would suggest it to everyone, to be honest. I can't really think of any improvements to be made. Parts came in fast, and the repair itself was even quicker. The car substitution was of good quality (while it's not directly from the same company, it's still a part of the service overall). Most importantly, very nice and respectful people to talk to. Keep it up, you're doing fantastic work!

Aggressively willing help and resolve the issue of my vehicle. Very helpful and accommodating. They have provided me a UBER going home and picking me up after my car was done. It was perfectly done the windshield like the original. Though the windshield was originally replaced.

Warm and genuine welcome both on the phone and when I visited the Edmonds Street location. Every step was explained clearly, and I was informed as to dates and times as they were firmed up. Bo was my initial contact, and Kim dealt with most of the details on the day my windshield was replaced. Excellent job by the way. Also finished about one hour ahead of estimated time, so I missed most of the traffic congestion that afternoon. Unfortunately I did not get the name of the gentleman who phoned my with the final booking details to bring my vehicle in. He was professional and pleasant to deal with as well.

Kim was great about updating me on the progress of repairs to my car. The head tech was fantastic explaining car things to me and the did wonders cleaning the inside and outside of my vehicle. It looks brand new!!! Thank you!!!

They were courteous and friendly from the beginning to end. Kept me informed consistently of my repairs. Were prompt and had my loaner vehicle ready when I got there.
