Got an appointment for an estimate really quick and they were able to book me in for repair shortly after. Courtesy car accommodation was fantastic - was picked up to and from. When I got my car back, the finish was good as new. I was surprised to see my interior was cleaned, really appreciated that!

Kim was super helpful. She talked us through the whole process for having our car fixed as it was our first time. Kept us up to date on what was happening, and answered all of our questions with patience and understanding. It is very close to where we live so it was very convenient. We definitely recommend this garage.

Kim, at the front desk at the Edmonds St location, was very welcoming and efficient and kept us updated on our car. She organized a rental car and let us know what steps to take with insurance paperwork. The fellow who did our estimate was also very efficient. (I didn’t get his name.) The car was ready earlier than anticipated, the paint and bodywork was exceptional, and the car was returned cleaned (to be expected), and vacuumed (did not expect that)! Very well-run business.

Kim the receptionist is awesome and so proactive in regards with all the information I need. Her customer service exceeds my expectation. Farhad is great and walked me through with all the details of my car before and after the vehicle has been fixed. Overall, my wife and I are very happy with the outcome.
