The staff were very kind, and the service appointment was scheduled quickly. The only issue was with the rental car service they work with ā€” they did not keep the scheduled time, and the car was very dirty. However, the staff said they would provide feedback to the rental car office regarding the issue. Other than the rental car experience, everything else was good.
