I advocate the Kirmac experience to anyone who is looking for collision repair. Have dealt with the Kirmac team on Barnett Highway several times and always been totally satisfied and blown away by the experience. Staff are always friendly, professional and accommodating. From beginning to end. It is rare to experience this exceptional level of service anywhere. Tyler was my service manager. He made me feel valued and important. He listened. He explained. He understood my needs and my schedule. He was patient in explaining things to me and really made every effort to accommodate me as I live in a more remote area and coordinating drop off and pickup was a bit more challenging. The body work was done beautifully. Quality is paramount in the work they do. There is pride in the result they deliver. Can’t say enough good things about this group. Thank you.

I liked that it was somewhat quick and easy experience. I was surprised though that both front floor mats had debris leftover from the windshield replacement. The drivers door also had a big smudge of dirt or something similar in 2 spots. I'm surprised the truck was given back to me in this shape. It's not a deal breaker but still surprising.
