From beginning to end I was met with professionalism and friendliness. Their front desk associate Lauren is so welcoming and makes the whole process easy, efficient and seamless. When it was time to pick up my car I felt like I bought a new car as not only did they fix the dent they washed my whole car inside and out! Excellent service and I would highly recommend !

I was treated very well. I have never made a claim before and found the staff to be very helpful. I was told that my car would take 7 to 10 days. They had it ready in 7. The courtesy car was an issue. It was a Mazda 3 and I found it to be too small and I had trouble getting in and out. I called the shop and was directed to Hertz. I changed the vehicle to one larger.
