On time, efficient, rental car was waiting as promised. Repair quality was excellent.

Friendly, fast, efficient. Fixed a rock chip that another glass repair company said was in their “exclusion zone” as it would be distracting for the driver - my chip was in the lower corner of the windshield on the drivers side - I could barely see it while driving! When I looked at the other companies “exclusion zone” it was the ENTIRE drivers third of the windshield. They recommended I replace the entire thing! For a chip the size of a fruit fly! Kirmac’s exclusion zone is far more common sense - about half the size of the other companies and in a “letterbox” right in the drivers view. They even went to bat with ICBC for me since the repair was called into question, having been denied by the other company already. Highly recommend, won’t go elsewhere again.

I very much appreciated the receptionist. She was very prompt and friendly when I initially came in for the estimate. When my Jeep was finished and I came in to pick it up. My keys were ready, paid and inspected the work within minutes, and I was done. She was very professional and make my experience with Kirmac a great one.
