Everyone I interacted with at Kirmac was great. They kept me updated on the progress of my vehicle repairs, which were completed in a very reasonable amount of time. One thing I wasn't thrilled about was the loaner vehicle they provided me. Let me be clear, I'm not upset with Kirmac. They were great. I'm aware that the vehicle that was given to me had been rented through Hertz. When I received the car, it had an odd smell inside, what looked like a bed sheet crumpled up on one side of the trunk, and a nail in one of the tires. (I noticed this after I got home when the tire was low), I called Kirmac the next morning and they talked to Hertz to get a replacement vehicle for me. Dealing with Hertz was an absolute headache. They were trying to get me to fill the vehicle with gas even though I received it with only half a tank. They were trying to blame me for the tire. It wasn't until I contacted Kirmac about Hertz that I was finally given a different vehicle. If I could suggest anything, it would be that Kirmac reconsiders renting vehicles through Hertz.

Kirmac did a fantastic job repairing a rock chip on my vehicle. The work was quick and professional, and it’s wonderful that the funds go toward supporting Children’s Hospital, a great cause!

The finished work was done professionally. And I like the lifetime warranty on kirmac's repairs. Amergen kept me updated on the progress of the repairs which was extremely helpful. All in all kirmac on schoolhouse in coquitlam was a good experience.
