Easy and fast communication, easy process with claims, friendly customer service. They even washed our car and car mats when we weren't expecting it at all.
The process was smooth and clear, and the job was done within the announced time frame. There was a small booking system hiccup when I was invited twice in ten minutes to two different Kirmac locations, so I had to confirm the original appointment was relevant.
Maybe a couple of things to consider from an inexperienced car user. I would prefer someone to walk me to the car and show me the work done, confirming the features working (e.g. wiper warmup zone, camera features). For example, there is something in the camera area on the inside of the glass, and I am still not sure if it affects the operation. Also, I would like to have a copy of the papers about the work. I will contact the shop to get them, but I was not suggested to get copies.
Quick, clear and informed communication about procedure, timelines. Was kept up to date regarding repairs as they progressed. Efficiency, repairs appear well done, ample parking, clean, organized facility.
Staff are excellent. Jon was great to allow me to drop my car off before the office was open. Ashlyn kept me updated on the progress on my repairs in a timely manner.
