Everyone I interacted with was very friendly and I got the impression from being in the Office that it is a good working environment despite how stressful it can be at times. I appreciated the regular communication and that when I was told when I'd hear something by a certain day/time I did. I appreciate that the repair work is under warranty for the life of the vehicle.
