From when I phoned to get an appointment to getting the repairs done was quick. Great service and kept up to date on progress.

All the frontline people especially Miss Madilene and my estimator were excellent at their jobs. When this was a poor claim with ICBC they still made me feel better. They took me in right away I was amazed no appointment next thing I know I’m in a courtesy car and on my way. Repairs look fantastic so far so with my warranty I’m not worried.

Both receptionists Madeleine, and the woman who was filling in for her when I first came back on April the 11th (unfortunately blanking on her name, sorry!) were so kind and quick to assist me- all of the gentlemen I encountered were also incredibly friendly and overall made for a pleasant experience from my initial assessment and getting me set up with Enterprise for a rental car, to picking my vehicle back up- Kirmac took all of the stress and guess work from my plate. Y’all are amazing!

This is my second time using Kirmac and this location in Maple ridge 227. I cant say enough great things about Madeline who works at the front desk. She is so happy and kind and goes out of her way to make sure everything goes well for the customer.

Madeline is the epitome of great, dedicated and quality customer service. She was truly a joy to deal with. The replacement windshield and wiper installation went smoothly and efficiently. The 3-hour estimated service was done in 2 hours, which ai truly appreciated.
