From the moment I arrived, the team at Kirmac had my best interest first. Rental car on time, explanation of the repair, duration. Kazim spoke with me after reception kindly invited me in. I felt like I counted as a customer. Multiple texts throughout the repair week shows again the customer counts. When I arrived after the repairs were done, Kazim took the time to go over the ICBC claim, parts used and walked out with me to view the repair on my new 2025 Ram sport. WOW I was amazed. It was perfect. The paint with the fleck, the shrouds, head light trim, both grill trims fitted like it came from Chrysler. Mopar parts. Keep it up Kirmac and a special shout out to reception ( sorry forgot your name ) and Kazim. That’s the way business was conducted 20 years ago and that’s the way Kirmac did it 20 years later. Thank you.

Carmen was amazing to deal with. In fact, this was the nicest and most efficient service transaction I’ve ever had with a vehicle in nearly 25 years of driving. Carmen had everything ready to go - lined up the loaner car, kept me informed with messages. She didn’t miss a beat. There wasn’t a single snag. I’m very impressed.

Staff was friendly and accomodating. They took my truck at end of day Friday when they would have rather had it Monday morning to make it fit my schedule. It was done quickly with a nice loaner car. They kept in touch to let me know progress so I could plan to returner loaner car. The whole process was very easy. Thanks Kirmac

Easy and convenient from start to finish. Assessment, clean up of broken glass & sealing of my rear window was a blessing after an absolutely horrible week. Carmen was wonderful to deal with from the start. The fact they also cleaned my car as best they could shows they actually care about customers & good customer service. Top notch folks!!!!
