My experience with Kirmac was very friendly and professional - from the lovely receptionist I was first met with to Kazim who totally explained what had to be done in such a professional and friendly way that eased my nervousness about my well cared for car. I was informed of the progress as repairs were being done so I would be aware at what stage of repair my car was in which I really liked. Thankyou Kazim! Also the courtesy car was very nice - a good pick for me Thankyou! Pick up was terrific - my car looks great thanks to well trained professionals - my daughter recommended Kirmac - great job to all!!

The staff was helpful and kind. Kept me in the loop of the timeline and progress. The car couldn’t be washed but I was told to bring it back when the freezing weather changed. I thought that was very thoughtful of her to offer that. The no hassle of getting a service car and returning the service car. All good, convenient and stress free.
