Fast and friendly service. I submitted an online appointment request and received a phone call within minutes. When I arrived for my appointment, I was greeted by receptionist right away. She advised me as to how the appointment would proceed and had a colleague look at my vehicle. The individual who worked on my vehicle kept me informed about the process and how long it would take to complete the repair. Overall, I was extremely pleased with my first experience with Kirmac. I will definitely refer family and friends to Kirmac in the future.

I really appreciated the professionalism of the staff at Kirmac Collision & Autoglass in New Westminster. Chelsea was outstanding as well as the fellow who performed the first walk around my car. They had excellent communication skills, and I was given very clear instructions as to what would occur and the timeline of completion. They were kind and very knowledgeable. My windshield was replaced in four hours. I was so impressed. I was also incredibly grateful that they had Uber drive me home and pick me up when my car was ready. I didn't expect such great service and left feeling very satisfied and confident that I had chosen the right place to get my windshield replaced. Thank you Chelsea and the rest of the staff at Kirmac Collision. I will be sure to recommend this place to all my friends and family!
