I really appreciated the professionalism of the staff at Kirmac Collision & Autoglass in New Westminster. Chelsea was outstanding as well as the fellow who performed the first walk around my car. They had excellent communication skills, and I was given very clear instructions as to what would occur and the timeline of completion. They were kind and very knowledgeable. My windshield was replaced in four hours. I was so impressed. I was also incredibly grateful that they had Uber drive me home and pick me up when my car was ready. I didn't expect such great service and left feeling very satisfied and confident that I had chosen the right place to get my windshield replaced. Thank you Chelsea and the rest of the staff at Kirmac Collision. I will be sure to recommend this place to all my friends and family!

From start to finish, their team did an absolutely amazing job. The quality of the repair was top-tier my car looks as good as new, like nothing ever happened. What really stood out, though, was their communication and customer service. They kept me updated throughout the entire process, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt confident every step of the way.
The staff were professional, friendly, and genuinely cared about delivering great service. It’s not often you come across a shop that combines high-quality workmanship with such excellent customer care.
