Great as always, even after moving to Langley and once tried another shop closer to me, i prefer to drive back to Richmond and get it done at Kirmac. Promptly service, always go above and beyond, good communication.

Service was exceptional. My truck only had $1500 of repairs needed but the team cleaned my truck inside & out. They also did some paint touch ups for free as supplied the paint.

Andy was a pleasure to deal with and got the missing details of the job done in a timely manner. He kept me in the loop every step of the way so I knew where things were at and I was not left guessing. It's too bad I needed to submit a bad review in order to have the truck completed how it should have been initially, which is the only reason this is not 10/10. Andy obviously has a very good skill-set of understanding what a customer would like to know (and why) in order to manage expectations, and then communicating that information to them. Overall the work was executed well and I am happy with the result.
