Colin was nice and helpful. Front Desk lady was very polite and kind. Easy to talk to. Answered questions. Listens to concerns. Colin took extra care to clean a stain from my hood caused by motor fluids, which wasn't related to the repair I was in the shop for, but he cleaned it up anyways with his power cleaner and solutions. I thought that was very nice. My car is 20 years old but they treated it like it was new.

It was convenient. The Uber rides to and from were nice. Work was done in the time frame mentioned and I greatly appreciated the car wash, vacuuming and lean up of the dash, floor mats etc.

Brought in my car after a minor accident to the front of my car. Turns out there was more damage behind the bumper. Things took way longer than expected due to parts shipping but the team kept me up to date the whole way. I was never left wondering what was going on. Even after I told them I was annoyed it was taking so long they did whatever they could to get my car back to me asap. Really made me feel like I wasn't just another invoice number. After working in the customer service industry for years you know this team has things dialed in. Great work! Thanks again!

I was very pleased how fast and efficiently the repairs were made. Jeffery was very patient and thorough in going over the paperwork with me at the time of drop off and pickup. My car was returned in immaculate condition being cleaned and polished! Allen was also polite in acknowledging me by my name.
