My service at Kirmac was amazing. The entire process was smooth and easy from start to finish, which made everything a lot less stressful. I really appreciated receiving regular updates on my vehicle, as it kept me informed and reassured throughout the process. The staff were friendly, professional, and took the time to answer my questions clearly. The quality of the work was great, and my car was returned looking excellent. Overall, it was a very positive experience and I would definitely recommend them to others.

The service provided by Kirmac was excellent. It took a lot longer than expected due to some stalling and interference by ICBC but I was provided with a courtesy car for those several weeks. Jason (estimator) was very thorough and courteous when he reviewed all the repairs with me when I picked up my vehicle.

My experience was really good everybody in there was very nice they called me when my car was ready I was at work I let them know I wouldn't be there till 4:30 and they were really cool with that when I got there the gentleman and the front was extremely nice answered any questions I had walked me out to my vehicle to take a look at it let me know that they detailed my car which I really appreciate it and loved thank you so much I would definitely recommend you to friends

This is our third time using this Kirmac . The staff are more than friendly and work is impeccable car also detailed at the end was like a new car . We drive a great distance just to use this facility great service!

I loved the service I received and everyone was soo friendly and professional. Inayah the receptionist was soo sweet and truly amazing ! The car was fixed within a few days so much earlier then the 1 week I was originally told it might take . I was very happy my car was cleaned as well which was an extra bonus . This was my second time at Kirmac and I would definitely come back again and recommend you to my family and friends ! Great job Kirmac!
