The staff was incredibly polite, friendly, and helpful. John was amazing and from getting me an appointment, to keeping me updated on the repairs, and loaning me a car, the customer service was outstanding. This is what all customer service in North America should look like!

John Huang was amazing! I had to bring my Rivian R1T over from Victoria to have the moonroof glass replaced, and despite being really busy, John got the work done in a lot less time than originally thought! Super good, fast, and friendly service!

It’s awesome! My Ev has multiple claims for minor accidents and I was shopping for a new auto body shop breccias of multiple bad experiences from a major local auto body. I mentioned my frustrations with Tesla and suggested Kirmac on marine, suspicious I called.. The reception was so kind and cordial and told her my frustrations and because of her listening and w went beyond my claim and got us the replacement EV for the duration!!! Then the technician s are also every kind, good listeners, very professional and THEY ARE ALWAYS AIMING TO KEEP S HIGH STANDARD OF REPAIRS! I’m not done yet but getting 100 percent amazing service from an amazing TEAM AT KIRMAC MARINE!! Hands down the best most honest and willing to make your car LOOK BETTER THAN BRAND NEW!!

Front desk: Friendly, knowledgeable, informative and made it easy. Estimate: Quick, nice person to talk to, provided useful facts about the installation without it being a boiler plate response. Work Completed: Good so far. Completed on time, accomading appointment times and a nice wash after. Saved this place in my services book for next time. Hope to not need it but if I do, I'm going by to this location.

Micheal was great, he was warm, friendly and enthusiastic. Vanessa was good at communicating, positive energy and is pleasant to talk to. The fix was very good, the car look brand new!
