Efficient service dropping off vehicle and picking up my mother’s vehicle only going twice. However, with my vehicle it seems like I needed an extra visit to get an assessment of the damage.

I mainly dealt with Michael Chen and he was incredibly helpful. He was professional, made sure everything was handled smoothly, and I got my car back on time. The work they did on my car was superb, it looks as good as new!

The repair to my bumper was excellent and I am super happy with how it turned out - it looks like new! I really appreciated the customer service from Vanessa and Michael as they are very professional and a pleasure to interact with. Additionally, Kirmac coordinated with Hertz to provide me with a courtesy car to use during the repair. I hope I don’t need future body work, but if I do I will be returning to Kirmac.
