It’s our first time to have KIRMAC’s service and we’re very satisfied about the outcome of their service. Thanks to Kirmac and staff , specially to MATIN (estimator).. He really did a good job on helping us in everything. He is very professional in this field. He is very reliable and knowledgeable. He updated us about the car all the time and answered all our questions. Other than that, other staff at their office are very friendly and helpful. The experience was seamless. However, I was even happier that I didn't have to go to Hertz to pick up a rental car. Also, in the options of why did I choose Kirmac, you don't have an option for repeat customers.
