I was honestly surprised by the kindness shown to me at every step of the process. All the steps were clearly communicated. I was able to book the first assessment online. When I arrived at the shop, the front desk staff were kind and patient. My adjuster, Angelo, was friendly. He explained the parts of the car that would need painting and the parts that would need replacing. Within an hour of leaving the shop, Angelo called me back to report he had ordered the parts. He contacted me when the parts were in and we scheduled a date for the repair. Upon pick-up, we did a walk around inspection and the car looked good as new. Thank you to the team!
This is the second time I’ve used Kirmac. Both times the customer service has been excellent, the communication has been very good, and my car is returned to me in pristine condition, so clean.
Everyone was very professional and great to work with. You could tell they wanted it to be a low stress, positive experience.
(My only recommendation would be to install air purifiers in the reception area and work areas. Toxic chemicals are used in the repair process and people should not be exposed to that level of VOCs and other fumes.)
