Angelo was incredibly helpful, informative, and fair throughout the entire process. He explained everything thoroughly and worked efficiently to get my car back to me as quickly as possible. The customer service I received was excellent from start to finish. The front desk staff member was also very friendly, attentive, and welcoming. I highly recommend Kirmac. If my car ever needs repairs again, I would return without hesitation.

Everything was so smooth! I felt like everything was taken care of for me, from paperwork, ordering the windshield, booking was easy, and I was so impressed that you cleaned my car after. It has been such a hectic couple of weeks and the fact that you detailed my car just felt like above and beyond, I am so appreciative (not to mention the great work that you did replacing the windshield!). Hopefully I don’t need to use your services again but would recommend you!!

I filled out an appointment request for a windshield replacement online one evening and Laura connected me with Adam, Glass Manager first thing the next day. Adam coordinated with ICBC on my behalf, clearly communicated with me, and accommodated my schedule. Much appreciated!
