She is amazing! Very professional and knowledgable. She gives information at a pace that is easily absorbed - not overwhelming. Kiersten is compassionate and perceptive of the clients needs, worries, etc. She calmly and confidently offers solutions to one's concerns. She takes time and offers options in terms of timing, staging or not. I can't say enough about her wonderful personality. I bought and sold rather quickly and she calmly got me through it.

We were really, really happy with working with Kirsten Row-Shafer on our recent sale of Unit #8 at Touchstone. She really understands the benefits and challenges of cohousing. She has an excellent sense of market factors and pricing, and is creative about handling negotiations and coming up with solutions that work for both buyer and seller. She is very pleasant to work with, always dealt with us fairly and generously, communicates really well, stayed in touch with us, and has solid relationships with other realtors. I recommend her as often as possible to other people looking for a realtor to help them.

Kirsten in one word is phenomenal. The housing market is wild right now and as first time home buyers Kirsten was able to set our expectations and guide us expertly through the whole process. I never once felt pressured and she always kept my wife and I’s opinions close to heart. Any thought we had about the process felt valid and heard. She was able to explain things without feeling like we were being patronized. We had a slightly difficult client to close with and Kirsten was able to handle emotions expertly and with full communication to us. I never once felt out of the loop. It felt like at the end of the closing it was a little sad we weren’t going to be spending more time with her, genuinely a great person and would highly recommend to anyone.
