Kirsten was what we knew we needed in a Realtor and much more. We knew we needed someone with extensive market knowledge as it is competitive and fast paced. What we didn't consider was the importance of a Realtor who knew how to write a strong offer even though our number might not be the highest. She knew exactly what would stand out to a buyer with multiple offers and options. Once our offer was accepted, her connections with inspectors and vendors moved us to closing at warped speed. It was a done deal in about twenty days. Kirsten is highly protective of her clients' interests and is involved in every tiny detail of the process. I know she was working with other clients during our time with her, but we would never know it. It felt like we were the only ones with the amount of time and care she gave to us.

Kirsten was absolutely amazing. My partner and I are first time homebuyers, and she went above and beyond helping us understand the process and was very kind when I had a lot of anxiety about everything involved. It seemed like she had a contact for everything - from finances, to inspections, to repairs and renovations. She helped us before we even had a contract and way after we closed on our house to get everything set up for us to enjoy it. She worked with our conflicting schedules and was able to move fast so we could put in and get an offer accepted in a very competitive market. I seriously couldn't have done this without her.

We liked everything about working with Kirsten. She is the ultimate realtor and we've bought & sold three other properties so we aren't newbies in that respect. There isn't one detail, one aspect of the process, that gets by her. Kirsten's attention to detail and acting upon that is nothing short of phenomenal. We looked at houses with her for over a year in a blisteringly competitive market. She made sure that we did not purchase a house with problems that would overwhelm our modest budget, even down to knowing which parts of town had issues with flooding or had property taxes that could rise unexpectedly. There isn't anything about real estate that Kirsten doesn't know. And she is always extremely protective of her clients. When we finally did find a house that passed her scrutiny (and that we all liked), an entire year had passed. But guess what, this turned out to be our total dream house, in every way! It wasn't too big, it was just the right size for my husband and I (both retired). It had all the amenities we wanted, including a great two car garage. It was in our price range. It was located in a beautiful tree filled neighborhood. We couldn't have wished for a better place! And it was all down to having the absolute best realtor on the planet. We'll never be able to say enough about Kirsten and her incredible abilities, skills, instinct and profound kindness. We will always be very very grateful to her for helping us find our forever home! PS Kirsten Williams definitely deserves the Best Realtor of 2022 award!
