The doctors and nurses/aids seem to be very attentive, and they keep on top of my dad‘s care. Staff seems friendly. Always willing to talk to me and answer my questions. The only reason I gave them a thumbs down this time is because the facility scheduled a care conference with my family to discuss my dad/his care and the nursing manager was the only staff member available to attend the meeting.

I like that your staff do the best for Michael Toney even though u r short staffed. U all r kind and he likes u all very much. And u r kind to me his mom even if u had a rough day I still get a smile. That helps with Michael’s Situation. I thank u all so much for the help and attention when needed u give him when u can.

First that makes everybody is so welcome there . They communicate with patients and family excited to see some of activities they have with the patients
