I like the staff on the evening shift. I am grateful that the staff respect my Mom and follow her wishes. The staff is attentive to my family needs as well. I am thankful that the visiting hours accomodate my schedule.

It's not a place I would want to place a loved one O could provide care for. Since I can't provide 365/24/7 care its a good place for a loved one to get good care. The staff seems to care about their guests. They're feed regularly and they seem to keep the facility clear. Other than COVID it's never been a problem visiting and taking my loved one out of the facility.

On behalf of my Mom, who resides at Kirtland Rehab and Care, I have been conforted by the attention and care Mom receives. I appreciate the communication with the various disciplines providing support services who keep me posted on their activities with Mom. I appreciate the physician reports. And I am extremely comforted by the pervasive, positive attitude throughout the facility. I have only encountered kind, friendly people. It's such a complete blessing. Thank you!

It's a difficult decision to place a love one in a facility like this. But most families don't have the ability to be a full time 24-7-365 care taker. Based on what I've seen and how my mother is being cared for Kirtland Rehab is a good alternative to home care
