Owners, Justin and Kim provide great customer service, very professional, and extremely friendly. Victor did an excellent job of installing the pull-outs, cabinet doors and drawer fronts. I will recommend kitchen tuneup to anyone looking for kitchen renovations in the Panama City surrounding area.

Graham and Victor were outstanding to work with. The initial consultation was informative and comprehensive. Various styles and hardware options were provided and scheduling the work was a breeze. The craftsmanship of Victor was outstanding. Dealing with cabinets that were out of square isn’t something most people can work through with quality results. I am a woodworker and could have completed the refacing, but it would have taken me 10x longer. We are so glad we chose to hire Graham and his team. You will be too.

Justin and Kim were very professional thought our kitchen and bath room remodel. Kim keep us informed of all the ordering details and Justin over saw the installation. There installer (Victor) was on time as scheduled and prepared for the remodel. The kitchen remodel was done on time and on budget. I'm looking for three things when i am considering a contractor. First, communication. Justin and Kim did an excellent job of keeping me informed every step of the way. And when I contacted them, they replied promptly . Secondly, good work. We are very happy with the work done on our kitchen cabinets and bathroom vanities . And lastly, fair pricing. It has been a pleasure to work with this company.

Kitchen Tune Up in Panama City was very professional. Justin had terrific communication with emails and was very quick with responses. Their website was great. Victor did a fantastic job and it was so neat when the job was finished. Did I mention the cabinetry work was fantastic! If you need to update your kitchen, be sure and give this company a call!

Kim is very organized and also very helpful and understanding about the design process. She listens to concerns and needs well, was very helpful in making decisions, always available, and followed up when necessary in a timely manner. We felt the pricing was competitive. KTU was able to get us on their schedule in a timely manner, and the company they used for countertops installed them only a week out from templating (not 4-6 weeks with some other companies). The cabinet and tile artisans are very talented, and when issues arose that were unexpected, the team was able to work together to figure out a suitable solution. Additional changes that were requested during installation were handled and priced separately via a change order if they were out of the normal scope of the original contract. As with any construction process, there were a few bumps in the installation, and the KTU team handled these the best way possible. Thank you, KTU!
