From start to finish I felt extremely comfortable and confident in the planning process and with the very talented group of people who represent Kitchen Tune-Up (Bloomfield). At the start, Ellen and I met and discussed the how I would like to change and refresh my tired old kitchen. Ellen really listened to me, asked great questions and along the way provided me with her thoughts and ideas for my project based on her vast experience with kitchen design. No pressure, just good conversation and lots of great ideas.
I found every step of the process to be well thought out and explained. Every member of the team - sales, planning & coordination and, ultimately, implementation - was professional, reliable and very talented. And let's talk about implementation -- the team showed up on time (my pet peeve!), they were extremely neat & organized (also a pet peeve) and they did not waste any time (OK...that's a pet peeve too!). Due to the precise planning and thoughtful, talented implementation, the project was completed on time and within budget. I highly recommend this company and this Team (special thanks to Ellen, Patty and Julian!)
