First of all, all the other five star reviews must be valid, as that is the exact type of service we received from Konnie and Todd! From the initial call setting up the consultation, they were warm, personable, accommodating and helpful! When Konnie came to the house for our consultation, she was totally focused on our thoughts, ideas, and questions. She took the time and went over a variety of options and answers to the refacing of our cabinets. After the consultation, we were sold on Kitchen Tune Up and didn't need to do anymore searching for a company to do our kitchen! We loved their consistent communication regarding when the materials would be shipped and when the installation would happen. They stayed on the timeline and the project was actually completed early. While they conducted the installation, they were respectful of our coming and going and needs to access the kitchen throughout the day. Both Konnie and Todd have a high degree of attention to detail, even when it came to cleaning up after a day's work. There were no issues or concerns for us and we feel so blessed to have found them to update our cabinetry. I could not convey a higher recommendation for the team of Todd and Konnie Bright from Kitchen Tune Up. The Bright's are true professionals who are committed to providing the BEST customer service possible!!!

The Brights were easy to work with and completed our re-dooring project very efficiently (in less than a day). The doors, hinges and handles appear to be of good quality and are quite attractive. From selection through installation the project went very smoothly.!

Todd and Konnie are amazing to work with. Each project they have done for us has been on time and the results are beautiful. I've given them some challenges to solve and they've come through every time. I look forward to working with Kitchen Tune-Up in the future. They know cabinets. They're great at matching existing cabinets. The work they do with refacing is impressive. I can't say enough about how wonderful Todd and Konnie are to work with.

My bathroom remodel cabinets are gorgeous. A wonderful experience from start to finish. They came to my home, provided samples and an estimate. Once confirmed, they spent one day on the remodel. I was missing the glide mechanism on 2 of my cabinets and the owner was kind enough to return the next day and place them of his own stock - as that mechanism is no longer available. He went above and beyond to make sure our cabinets look and feel new. I cannot recommend them enough.

Konnie and Todd are the dream team. Konnie made the process of making decisions easy and her design acumen helped make my awkward and cumbersome kitchen into one that has flow and practical ease. There a couple of things (mostly my house isn't straight) that needed to be corrected, that created a short delay in finishing the project but Konnie communicated time line and Todd always showed up when he said he would to install. Remodeling a kitchen can be overwhelming. I won't say it was FUN but when they came for the install, it did feel like opening presents on Christmas.
