I had an issue with communication that caused a significant delay in my order. When Barb from Kitchen Tune-Up learned of the issue, she called to learn more and to offer a genuine apology. Then Jessie did a great job on the install and I'm very happy with my kitchen. The follow-up, along with the quality product and installation left me with a good feeling overall.
