Our experience working with the staff from KTU—from the design consultant to the installers—was excellent. The design consultant worked to make sure the results matched our expectations. The cabinet refinishers (who I should call carpenters!) were professional and very detailed. The tile installer was a master at his profession and put the finishing touches on the project. The only issue we had involved the countertop installers, ranging from a wrong size to an unlevel top. However, these issues were immediately addressed by the project manager to our satisfaction. The bottom line is that we have the kitchen of our dreams, and we have the staff at KTU to thank for that."

We had a very nice product delivered by Kitchen Tune-up. We had a couple delays but they were explained and the company made sure to get everything done properly before they moved to the next step. Overall, we are very happy with the service, product and professionalism. I would strongly recommend them for you next kitchen project.

Everyone, starting with Julia, who helped us choose what worked best for us, was friendly and professional. Updates from Mady, reminding us of our timetable and tasks we needed to complete, were very helpful. We are thrilled with the finished product. Our tuned up cabinets look new again. We highly recommend Kitchen Tune Up.

Very patient and understanding when I changed my mind about the hardware. They keep you up to date with reminders when they will come and how to prepare for the job. I was a little disappointed with the gentleman, named MIKE, WHO CAME OUT TO INSTALL the hardware. He was in a hurry and didn’t sweep up all the mess. He also installed two knobs that sit directly next to each other and one is higher than the other.

Everyone at Kitchen Tune-Up takes pride in the work they do. From picking out colors, styles, hardware, what to demo and what not to demo...The team has been amazing. I'm so.pleased with how my Kitchen remodel is going. My advice to anyone doing a remodel is have a plan, work closely with Kitchen Tune-Up, and be patient. Delays happen, time tables change, go with it. You will ba glad you did. I am. Thank you Kitchen Tune-Up for my beautiful kitchen!!
