We were given the run around by other kitchen upgrade shops here in Charlotte until we were introduced to Kitchen Tune-up by Plaza Appliances. They worked through some bumps with no additional costs to us and completed the job with skill and at a reasonable price.

Our kitchen wasn't just tuned-up, it was thoroughly transformed, The painted cabinets and new countertops certainly contributed, but the installation of the new glass display cabinets really put it over the top. The addition of the modern backsplash, new hardware, and oven was the cherry on the sundae. The staff worked diligently to ensure a perfect execution and was attentive to all the details. Great customer service and craftsmanship. We couldn't be more pleased.

All apartment owners are desperately seeking attention in the very crowded Internet apartment listing space. I have a 30 unit apartment in Charlotte and Kitchen Tune-Up has been the perfect cost effective balance to do the kitchen cabinet renovations of the dated 1990 kitchen decor. Adding LVT floors and painting the cabinets white while using white shaker redoors let's me visually compete with all of the new-apartment-complexes apartment listings. I am so grateful to have had such a wonderful company to go through a remodel process with. So many people I know have had horrible experiences with their kitchen remodel in the Charlotte area and ours couldn’t have been smoother and more positive. We had a few issues come up (as always happens during a remodel) but kitchen tune up took care of the solution before we even knew there was a problem. I am genuinely so so glad that we chose them. They went above and beyond at every opportunity. Shout out to Demi as well for helping so much when I really needed guidance!

I live in Wilmington and found Kitchen Tune-Up Charlotte on the Internet. They offer the perfect solution to apartment-kitchen renovations of a standardized kitchen layout. My 30 year-old yellow laminate-cabinets were mostly in good physical shape but obviously very dated. The white shaker-style refacing process is quick, the price is spectacular, staff support has been very prompt, and the resulting appearance is a great improvement. I cannot offer stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. But the kitchen first impression matters when competing with market vacancy rates going up and every applicant scrolling quickly, seeing nicer photos in almost every competing listing on the listing site.

But most importantly to us, KTU exhibited strong communication with us as a client - we never had to wonder about anything or chase down information, timelines, costs, etc. EVERYTHING was clearly communicated, and that was gold for us!
