The efficiency of the entire project - 3 weeks! - and the responsive communication. I always received responses to texts within a day and usually within hours. I have overseen remodels of my rental properties and fix and flips, and the quality and efficiency of the work and personnel at Kitchen Tune-up is far greater than any I have ever encountered. The contractors arrived on time, finished on time, and each day left the workspace clean and neat. In addition, Kathyn, the designer I worked with, listened carefully to what I wanted for my kitchen and did not try to up-sell me anything. It was important to me to work with the cabinets I already had as much as possible to limit waste from the project. Kathyrn had no problem working with that request. Kathryn and her team were outstanding from the initial contact to the final walkthrough. Kathryn guided us through the design process by listening and asking us questions that made our design choices easier. Her team was always on time, efficient and courteous. We have done a number of remodeling projects in the past and this was best. We have a bath project and Kitchen Tune Up will be the company we call.

Responsiveness! What a great company that was totally responsive to all of our questions and quick to make changes we requested. Friendly! These folks couldn’t have been nicer. From the first meeting, to all of the kind workers who came into our home, they were lovely people. And we work from home! They were all respectful. We are so pleased with the outcome of our kitchen and bathroom. I highly recommend this Kitchen and Bath Tune-Up!!

Everybody we worked with was kind and responsive. You were very patient with our back-and-forth on colors and materials, and coordinated the install process so that we were only "out" of our kitchen for a few days. It was a very personal experience which isn’t as common these days!
