Very easy to work with, extremely professional but also personable. They listened to our thoughts and made suggestions in order to achieve our objectives, They had great ideas helping us select design, colors, materials, brands. They finished the job in a timely manner and despite all the weather issues last winter, completed the project on schedule. When we had a couple small issues after the installation they came out promptly and made the adjustments, Probably the nicest, most quality conscience people I've ever worked with on any project, ever. Hard not to give them a perfect 10 out of 10 rating.

From the very beginning everyone was very responsive and worked with me through all of the decisions I had to make for the renovations in my kitchen and three bathrooms. Taylor was great, guiding me through the early and middle stages of the project. All of the guys were great, too. They went step by step explaining the "normal" project progression and made sure we were on the same page as far as what was included in the renovations. Overall, just a super experience for me. I would definitely work with them again. And I would recommend KTU to others.

Matt was willing to drive a distance of 1 hour from Fredericksburg to Manassas to inspect our cabinets to see if they could be helped. A company much closer to our home would not clean and degrease our honey oak cabinets stating that was not offered as a stand alone service, even though their website offered this service. Matt and Fran were a pleasure to work with, they arrived on time, cleaned up their materials, and were true professionals.

Kitchen Tune-Up worked with us to keep our kitchen project within our budget. Our showroom visit was easy and efficient and we received plenty of guidance as we picked out our materials. Kitchen Tune-Up was on time for every scheduled appointment from the first visit, to final measurements, to the daily work crew, to final walk-through. The crew was professional and polite and would discuss their plan with us for each day's work. The attention to detail was absolutely amazing, and every part of the project was checked and double checked to ensure it met our standard. We would and have already recommended Kitchen Tune-Up to other people. Their work is top-notch and we wouldn't hesitate to use them for future projects.
