Everything. It was a great experience from start to finish. Completely trans formed our kitchen. The end result met all our expectations. After many years our kitchen is bright and full of light as opposed the cave feeling created by the old dark finish on the cabinets. Our kitchen feels brand new. Thank you Kitchen Tuneup!!!!

We used Kitchen Tune-Up to complete a kitchen remodel that consisted of painting existing cabinets, replacing the existing island with a new, custom island, and replacing existing counter tops with new counter tops. Chad was very attentive to our questions and we appreciated his timeliness. Brennan painted our cabinets and we can't recommend him more. He did a great job and was pleasant to work with. Our one complaint is that we would not use Accent for the countertops next time. Their workmanship, timeliness, and communication was not inherently good. They made an error in the initial measurement that resulted in an incorrect layout that the installers did not catch, which they had to repair in the field after we notified them. Their installation was delayed at one point and their communication with us seemed impersonal. Everything ended up okay in the end, but not without some sleepless nights. Chad and Justin were attentive and easy to work with.

Fast and dependable. Eric is an amazing carpenter. His work is solid and durable. The shelf he built is strong holding up against the weight of canned goods and small appliances. I am very happy with his shelf.

It was great working with Kitchen Tune Up in Salt Lake City. They refaced our bathroom vanity and we are very pleased with their work. There were a couple of things we felt needed to be addressed after the job was completed. They responded immediately and took care of things.

Everyone from Kitchen Tune-up was helpful and knowledgeable. Jessica was the BEST -- she made certain that the process ran smoothly. She pitched in and did some work herself when it was most needed. While not painless (because no construction process is painless), it was the best construction experience we've ever had. Our floors are beyond what we expected. After a hiccup with the countertop, they're beautiful and beyond expectations. They took our wants and wishes and made them reality.

The people. The staff is very friendy. I like my new cabinets a lot. Kevin made placing my order and making my change order easy. With the exception of a manufacturer error causing a delay, I am very pleased with the product and the installers did great job. Dustin, Alex and Marissa were very patient answering my many questions. Kylee is a gem and is very helpful. Thank you all!
