Charles Gonzelas and his crew were awsome! We did have a hic-up with our cabinet doors which were damaged during shipping but this was Fed-Ex's fault and this delayed our project for about 4 weeks but once they received the new doors they were all over the kitchen. We were a little disappointed that Jenny Gonzelas was not more involved with our project after we signed the contract but Charles, Kerri and the rest of the team stepped up to the plate and got us the upgrade we wanted. Our home is thrity years old but now we have a modern kitchen and it looks great! Thank you Charles and your crew, Brenda and [NAME REMOVED] Kayse

Friendly, pleasant. Listened and understood our wishes and needs, helpful in making choices and never rushed us in decisions. The workers knew their jobs .. and worked well together.. They were very meticulous about keeping everything neat and cleaned after each day's work. This is an organization which is trustworthy and completely honest. Both salesperson and repair person showed up on time. There are many options presented, which will allow for almost any look you prefer. My job was small, just repairing and strengthening my current cabinets, but I wasn’t made to feel like I didn’t matter. No mess was left after the work was complete.

We are very pleased with the work done by Kitchen Tune-up. Charles and his team worked well together to re-fit our kitchen, working with the existing layout but improving the inner shelves and installing new drawers. They finished the details that made the cabinets beautiful. Jenny communicated well, listening to our feedback when there was a delay in the order. She helped us to think through creative choices as we worked with the existing floor plan of our kitchen, and just as she said, 'you won't believe how great it's going to look!' So true.
