Jennie was generous with her time and gave good advice. She was up front about the limitations of the process, not promising things that could not be achieved. All workers were very professional, and the cabinets look like brand new ones. The only complaint I have is communication. Text messages were not answered in a timely manner, and invoices continued to arrive after I had paid them. Overall, I am very pleased with the whole experience.

Charles Gonzelas and his crew were awsome! We did have a hic-up with our cabinet doors which were damaged during shipping but this was Fed-Ex's fault and this delayed our project for about 4 weeks but once they received the new doors they were all over the kitchen. We were a little disappointed that Jenny Gonzelas was not more involved with our project after we signed the contract but Charles, Kerri and the rest of the team stepped up to the plate and got us the upgrade we wanted. Our home is thrity years old but now we have a modern kitchen and it looks great! Thank you Charles and your crew, Brenda and [NAME REMOVED] Kayse

Friendly, pleasant. Listened and understood our wishes and needs, helpful in making choices and never rushed us in decisions. The workers knew their jobs .. and worked well together.. Both salesperson and repair person showed up on time. There are many options presented, which will allow for almost any look you prefer. My job was small, just repairing and strengthening my current cabinets, but I wasn’t made to feel like I didn’t matter. No mess was left after the work was complete.
