We found everyone at Kitchen Tune-Up to be very easy to work with from our first in home contact with Denise to our completed kitchen cleanup before the team of workmen left. Nate, Al and Andy were an excellent team working together to complete the repainting of our kitchen cupboards, and replacing our squeaky drawers with self closing drawers. They sanded the cupboards before repainting them, removed all the doors and drawer fronts and sent them out to be spray painted. Nate gave a sense of security when he came to do some measurements. He seemed very willing to do anything we wanted that would be a good thing to do. If he didn't think so, he explained why and what else could be done. We relied on his expertise throughout the project. We were glad to see that they did not start the project until all the needed supplies were here and ready to go. Once they started working, we felt they were very exacting about all the work they did. When they removed the old kitchen counters, Nate left our sink area intact so we could still use the kitchen until the new granite countertops were to be installed. The company that managed the counter installation were also very careful in their measurements, cutting, and joining the parts of the counters. We love the new look and convenience of our tuned-up kitchen.

First of all that you came and you conquered! You completed my kitchen and didn't stop until I was satisfied. (I was beyond satisfied as I am thrilled beyond measure at my bright & beautiful kitchen!) Secondly, the assistance I received in choosing the style, the colors, the timing of installation, and the financing was great! And supplying the bins to store all the kitchen stuff while redoing the kitchen was fabulous! (Now if I had someone to help me put it all back or decide what to get rid of would be wonderful. HA) And thirdly, the crew! WOW! Such wonderful, helpful, friendly, and accommodating workers. They were so polite, cordial, timely, friendly, respectful, helpful, trustworthy, courteous, attentive, and kind. And they tolerated little and big interruptions, including when we had our "little guy," the 2 year old who loved interacting with all of them as he'd stand at the gate that kept him from getting in their way and he'd just chat away with them. The entire experience was an absolute pleasure and I feel like I'm part of the Kitchen Tune Up family!
