We only bought the product through Kitchen Tune-Up and did our own installation, We found the quoting and delivery process very professional. The staff were easy to deal with, pleasant, and competent. Additionally, the company was supportive, with providing solutions or techniques for the installation. We were surprised that when the product arrived, that the staff unwrapped all of the cabinet fronts and checked for damage, returning two of the units. Time consuming on their behalf, but saved us hassle and delays.

Everyone was great to work with. Cornie, Calvin and Morgan were all easy to work with and did great work. Morgan was great during the design process. Calvin had great ideas on how to make things work out better. Cornie never missed a single thing we discussed, always showed up when he said he would and returned all my calls. All the trades that came through were very good. Based on the great work my sister has already made an appointment with Morgan to have her kitchen looked at.

That you listen to what I needed done. Plus the friendliness of all your staff. Especially Morgan and Calvin. My kitchen and bathroom renovation was done in a timely fashion and that all the trades left after everything was tidied up.
