I loved working with Kitchen Tune Up of Olney. We interviewed five contractors and found Kitchen Tune Up of Olney best suited for our design and construction needs. They were excellent listeners, receptive to our needs and thoughtful in their approach - translating our needs and wants into the delivery of a beautiful kitchen and bathroom within budget. The results are stunning and the redesign certainly has added value to our home. Now everyone's usual gathering place is everyone's favorite gathering place, a place of warmth and beauty, designed through our partnership with Kitchen Tune Up of Olney. Thanks Brian, Nicole, Devin and Rob, we LOVE our new spaces.

Nichole and Brian were outstanding from start to finish. Responsive and thoughtful every step of the way. They talked with us about our options, gave us ideas, considered our budget, and did everything as they stated. They showed up on time daily, their team was professional and had attention to detail, and the entire process was seamless. Kitchen Tune-Up was perfect from beginning to end.When Nichole came out for our consultation, I explained what I wanted done. She gave me a quote for the exact work without trying to upsell me. When Brian arrived (5 minutes early), he went right to work. He and Devan refinished all our kitchen and master bath cabinets, matching the existing stain perfectly. Brian also built 3 beautiful wood shelves to turn a broom closet in to a uselful stroage area for all our cleaning supplies. When finished, everything was cleaned up and taken away. It was a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend Kitchen Tune-Up to anyone who wants a job well done at a resonable price. Kristine Bloom

As a kitchen designer, I was looking for a more practical and affordable way to execute the kitchen upgrade I was planning for our home. After deciding a reconfiguration was unnecessary and our original cabinetry was still in very good condition, I explored our options for a more cosmetic approach to our kitchen design. I had been seeing ads for Kitchen Tune-Up of Olney and decided to reach out. Nichole Pingon came out and as we "talked shop" I really liked her professionalism, knowledge, and sunny personality. I also liked that this was a husband-and-wife and veteran-run local business. We proceeded with KTU and chose all new door and drawer fronts from a nice selection of options. I had designed some minor cabinetry modifications and Brian Pingon was able to put his carpentry skills to good use. Brian and his assistant Devin were always punctual, friendly, and thorough. When Bray & Scarf couldn't get an installer out to install our cooktop and downdraft on time, Brian offered to do it and it was quite a challenge! Brian is clearly a perfectionist and proud of his work. Despite a countertop issue/delay which was out of KTU's control, everything came together beautifully, and pretty painlessly, within the anticipated timeframe. We now have an updated kitchen we love, complete with a current door style, hardware, quartz countertops, cooktop, lighting, and tile backsplash all thanks to the KTU team. I'm really glad I found them and highly recommend Kitchen Tune-Up of Olney.

Brian and Nichole were very helpful throughout the entire process of our kitchen upgrade. We were given suggestions and recommendations which helped decide the best option considering our budget. We loved how smooth the process was and that the kitchen was done sooner than planned. Brian had everyone set up ahead of time, so everything kept rolling and there were no "down" days. Everything was explained when they ran into issues. It was nice they had a plan to resolve the issue instead of just presenting an issue and us having to come up with a solution. I would highly recommend them and knowing they do more than kitchens is a definite plus for future work. We love supporting local businesses and have recommended them to others.
