OK! Since you adjust and extend your service days due to holidays, It's sometime difficult to know exactly when you are due to show up next. We do run out of soft water from time to time for a couple of days due to this extension. Considering increasing frequency of service if needed to keep water soft.
The RO water tastes so clean and fresh! And hopefully after the first of the year I will be able to put in the soft water service too. All of the people I have had contact with have been very helpful, accommodating and considerate of my needs and questions.
