I recommend the grooming services and friends have taken their pets to Krisers on my recommendation. Not only is the grooming great but the service in the store is amazing.
They have helped me carry food, bring my dog to my car in a storm, picked up food from another store and brought it to my favorite store for me.
I'm so grateful to Nicole for her help in the past 2 days.

I wanted to take a moment to provide some very positive feedback about my experiences shopping at your Milwaukee Avenue location. As the proud owner of an 8-year-old purebred Boxer that I've had since he was 8 weeks old, I've been a loyal customer of Kriser's for years.
The thing I appreciate most about your store is the amazing selection of high-quality, natural pet products. As a discerning pet parent, I'm always impressed by the wide variety of foods, treats, toys, and other supplies that cater to the unique needs of my senior Boxer. I can always find exactly what I'm looking for, whether it's a new flavor of his favorite wet food or the perfect chew to keep him occupied.

Whenever I have questions about a product or need recommendations, the team is always friendly, patient, and eager to offer their expertise. The staff is always amazing! You can tell they love animals and it’s not just a job. They are knowledgeable and share personal experience. I have 2 happy dogs at home because of their help. My most recent purchase was for a friend staying with us who found a stray kitten. So I said bring her home. While he was coming home I was able to get a bunch of welcome home toys and treats for Sheana. Plus his other cat to be fair. Thank you Park Ridge! 10 years with amazing customer service!
