It was easy to find what I needed for my dog, and although I expected it to take at least a week to ship, my order showed up on my doorstep the very same day! Also, unlike the previous company I had used to autoship my dog food, with Kriser's I could customize the autoship date to match my dog's actual food cadence. In other words, instead of autoship maxing out at "reorder every 6 weeks" I have it set to "reorder every 8 weeks." That helps make my life just a little easier!

I appreciate the ability to order online, pay and pickup (myself or a friend/family) with such ease. I travel to Chicago with my Service Dog multiple times each summer and it's so much easier to be able to order food and some treats to be picked up for our arrival than to try to bring it with us. She eats a brand that isn't found at every pet store so we are super grateful for Krisers! We also received a call as soon as our order was ready and the email communication throughout the process goes a long way to comfort me knowing the order was received, ready and picked up. Thanks!

Easy to navigate website. The item I was looking for was available at Kriser's but hard to find elsewhere. Wherever it was found outside of Kriser's, it was being marketed at twice the price. I was given a discount for my first order on top of the excellent price. And, delivery was free. The item was delivered in 1 day too! Packaged well. Incredible from beginning to end. I will absolutely use Kriser's for all future dog needs!
