Kristin originally sold us our Kimberley Road property in November of 2020. After a 4+ year renovation was completed, Kristin helped us with the sale of our renovated Kimberley Road home. She is like "family" to us as far as we are concerned! She has always conducted herself in a very professional, friendly and very approachable manner. Kristin stuck with us through thick and thin and taught us SO MUCH about the home buying process. We had some major obstacles through our process and Kristin never gave up. She's a skilled negotiator and a genuinely kind human being. She was amazing to work with and I've been recommending her to literally everyone I know in the area who is looking to buy a home. We cannot thank her enough for her hard work over the past several months, but we can certainly try. Thank you so much--we love our new home.

Kristin was very professional and extremely helpful with our condo purchase. She took us on several tours and pointed out details and critical pros and cons of each place that we couldn't see without her. Kristin was fantastic at all stages of this home-buying process. Her expert knowledge, connections, and extremely positive attitude helped us nab a perfect house for us on the first try! Kristin helped us buy a house in Saline, MI. We were the first time home buyers in the US and Kristin was a great choice for us as she was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. She guided us throughout the process and helped us close the deal after several hurdles. Ours was especially a tough deal due to several complications related to visa but she kept extremely helpful and calm presence throughout the process. I highly recommend her!

How can I describe my experience working with Kristin Mills? How many superlatives are there in the English language? Kristin is excellent. She is a trouper. I was all over the map (literally) when it came to finding my home. We went from empty land to city and in-between. She was up for all of it, even donning tick gear to traipse through empty fields. I really did not know what I wanted next and she was patient and helpful. Kristin gave me honest feedback, pointing out the cons of the house when she saw them. She knows how to write an offer that wins--making sure that I was comfortable with it--but also knowing the things that a seller might find attractive when looking through multiple offers. Once I found my home, she gave many great references--flooring people, painters, radon remediation--all of whom I am using and could not be more pleased with. Kristin has a lot of integrity. She is kind. Professional. Has a good sense of humor. The closing was postponed a day when we had a tree issue--no problem--she wanted to make sure that everything was taken care of. She also followed up after the sale to make sure I filed the right papers with the county--and see how I was doing. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
