Kristin is absolutely wonderful. A 10/10 professionally. A 10/10 personally. Great communicator. Quick email/text/phone responses. Proactive. Will alter her own schedule to suit your's. I could go on and on. Even before I worked with her, I had heard how Kristin had expertly helped the in-laws of a good friend of mine in NY to whom I had recommended Kristin after receiving her contact info from others in our department at UM. Kristin first helped my friend's in-laws, settled in Connecticut, find a rental here in Ann Arbor and then helped them purchase a suitable home. A year or more had elapsed after I had given my friend in NYC Kristin's contact info. Despite the long elapsed time, Kristin still reached out to me to thank me for referring my friend's in-laws to her. I thus got on Kristin's e-mail list and I actually really enjoyed reading and absorbing all the home sales data in Kristin's monthly newsletter. So, when it came time for me to buy a place, it was an easy decision whom to turn to. I will instinctively recommend Kristin to others, no thinking needed. Thank you!

As someone new to Michigan, I especially appreciated the valuable insights and practical tips she shared from her own experience, which helped me understand the nuances of buying a home here. We encountered an important issue that was difficult to identify during our search, but Kristin handled it with great professionalism. Kristin was excellent to work with in purchasing our first home! She’s knowledgeable and very in tune with this intense home buyer market. While viewing potential homes, she did an incredible job pointing out potential concerns both outside and inside the home that could pose as issues. Kristin originally sold us our Kimberley Road property in November of 2020. After a 4+ year renovation was completed, Kristin helped us with the sale of our renovated Kimberley Road home. She is like "family" to us as far as we are concerned! She has always conducted herself in a very professional, friendly and very approachable manner. We will definitely refer our friends to her in the future!

Kristin stuck with us through thick and thin and taught us SO MUCH about the home buying process. We had some major obstacles through our process and Kristin never gave up. She's a skilled negotiator and a genuinely kind human being. She was amazing to work with and I've been recommending her to literally everyone I know in the area who is looking to buy a home.
