As always, the Waterhouse Team knocked it out of the park! Always ontop of things and they make the home buying and selling process as smooth and painless as possible. They helped me buy my house some years ago, and I went back to them to help sell it. I wouldn't use anyone else in the southern MI area.

Our experience with Reinhart Realtors and Kurk, was excellent! 5🌟 Deciding to downsize and searching for a new home after living in our current home for 35 years was overwhelming. Kurk was extremely patient, professional, encouraging, and a great communicator, as we had many questions! He was very knowledgeable and had a good eye for the home we were looking for. He stayed in great contact with us with phone calls, emails, and texts throughout the process, and spent many miles to take us to showings. We found our new home just recently and looking forward to moving in a few weeks. Very happy!

Kurk and Doreen were fantastic to work with. They both truly went above and beyond in helping us with both get our first home ready for market and finding our forever home. They were very accommodating to our less-than-typical schedule and embraced the fact that we were house hunting with young kids in tow. The Waterhouse team took a stressful time in our lives and made it enjoyable. We are so thankful to have worked with them and will gladly recommend their services.

Kurk and Doreen when way above and beyond when we needed them, further than I’ve ever heard of any realtor going for anyone. They came and moved couches to help us set up for the showings, helped watch our kids so we could finish off some pre-sale projects (and even gave an extra hand on those as well), recommended everything we needed to sell the house. They are deserving of praise for what they did for us!

Kurk and Doreen took care of our every need in this rather unusual and emotional sale of what was our family home for over 70 years, in an extremely professional and caring manner. We were well aware that this was probably the lowest priced listing on their agenda, but you would not have known this from the attention they gave us. I am an experienced real estate purchaser and seller with some 30 transactions over the past 45 years. and I have never had better service from real estate agents than from Doreen and Kurk.
