Kurt handled everything for our home buying experience. When issues from inspections came up, he was contacting the seller, the inspector, and getting us quotes for possible remediation in case we needed to do it ourselves. He handled changing close dates with a cool head, and as far as coordinating with the lender is concerned, Kurt was a rockstar! Even though we used our own lender, Kurt was constantly moving the ball forward and kept us fully in the loop at every step, helping us stay on track to close.
