Ali is my stylist, she is the reason I remain a loyal customer. Also the lovely lady receptionist, she is a little older than the others, has light orange (don't know her name). She is always welcoming, and always has time for a tiny chat at check out. Without these two the salon would just be another place of the hundreds in Reno to have my hair cut and color!

From front desk to the chair, L'essence is a treat! Everyone is a pleasure. And Jessica is an amazing professional. She helped me with the process of going from dying my hair every 5 weeks to having a beautiful, full-head of silver. That was 10 years ago. She continues to give me great advice and superior cuts!

I had the best experience at L’essence! Luie was fun and attentive and made me feel so relaxed during my hair appt - and my stick-straight hair stayed curled for over 12 hours, as promised :’) Kelsey was knowledgeable and passionate about makeup and gave me the best matron of honor look! 10/10 would recommend for any professional hmu services!

Kimberly did a *fantastic* job blending darker gray into my husband's platinum hair. He didn't want anything visually drastic. Kim is a great listener and did exactly what he had asked. Next visit, my husband feels confident to add more dark gray. This was his first Aveda experience and he was impressed how seamless his hair color looks now.
